Digital Product Purchase & Refund Policy

Digital recruiting guides and other digital resources sold by Robert Yonce are provided electronically through FlipLink or another identified digital-content platform.

 

All Sales Final

 

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales are final once access to the digital product has been provided.

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges because a purchaser changes their mind, does not use or complete the resource, or determines after purchase that the resource is not suitable for their individual circumstances.

 

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact us so we can assist with restoring access.

 

This policy does not limit any refund or other right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

 

Personal-Use License

 

Purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the digital product for personal use within the purchaser’s immediate household.

 

The purchaser may not:

 

  • Share or forward a unique access link with individuals outside their household

  • Provide others with access to the purchased resource

  • Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the resource

  • Upload or publicly post the resource

  • Resell or redistribute the resource

  • Use the resource for commercial distribution, team-wide distribution, or resale without written permission

 

Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the resource.

 

Recruiting Disclaimer

 

The guide provides educational information based on coaching and recruiting experience. Individual recruiting circumstances and outcomes vary.

 

Purchase or use of the guide does not guarantee recruitment, scholarship offers, roster placement, college admission, playing time, or any other particular outcome.
